DURHAM/DUKE UNIVERSITY

Duke Chapel SpringtimeHome of Duke University, NCCU, the Durham Bulls and Research Triangle Park, to name a few.

Eno RiverUnlike the other areas I work in, Durham is a true city; it's colorful, culturally diverse, filled with history and where my wife and I choose to live when we relocated here.

Downtown DurhamDurham is considered to be the culinary capitol of North Carolina, and if you spend some time wandering around you'll see why. From inexpensive taco and barbecue joints, Indian, Thai and vegetarian restaurants to nationally acclaimed gourmet four-star fine dining establishments and everything in-between.

Durham Bulls BallparkSports, arts, music and theater, are all alive and doing well in Durham. A rapidly developing downtown area promises to soon offer ultra contemporary living options, along with the wide variety of housing opportunities presently available.

Southpoint MallForbes, Newsweek, Money Magazine and others have recently recognized Durham as one of the best and fastest growing places for business. Particuarly attractive for singles (great social scene) as well as families. Offering some of the most affordable housing within "The Triangle".

Brightleaf SquareDurham is so large, there are several distinctive areas, each offering many types of residential and business real estate opportunities. I tend to focus on the Southwest, Center City, Midtown, and Northeast Durham areas, which is barely half of Durham.

Southwest Durham HomeIf you're looking for the excitement of city living, at a reasonable price, look no further. Average homes are selling in the range of $200,000+/- but there's something for everyone in any price range going all the way up to the multi-million dollar range.
